CAMP HILL -- It was like deja vu all over again for the Upper Dauphin High baseball team as the District 3 Class AA playoffs got underway on Monday.
One year after the Trojans exited the playoffs with a first-round loss the team got snake-bit again, this time by the Camp Hill Lions.
Camp Hill hit two home runs in the game, with the go-ahead run coming on a solo shot by Matt Ketterer in the fourth inning as the Lions held on for a 4-3 victory.
Camp Hill (16-5) took a 3-1 lead in the third following a two-run homer by Kyle Remig.
Upper Dauphin (15-6) got a two-hit day from Kane Bouchard that included an RBI double as the Trojans threatened late with single runs in both the sixth and seventh innings.
Bouchard also pitched a complete game and took the loss for the Trojans. Despite giving up the two homers, Bouchard struck out 10, walked two and gave up just six hits.
"Bouchard played a heck of a game," said Upper Dauphin coach Ryan Lentz, whose team fell in the first round to Brandywine Heights a year ago.
Camp Hill advances to play the Kutztown-Halifax winner on Thursday at a site and time to be determined.
