LEWISBURG -- Danville has now made it two wins in a row as the Ironmen swept the singles matches to take a 4-1 Heartland-I victory over Lewisburg on Monday.

The Ironmen's Christina Murphy keyed the efforts in singles by beating Erin Devine, 7-5, 6-3, in the No. 2 match.

Danville (2-1) also got a win at No. 1 doubles, as Amber Renz and Jessica Yoder beat Libby King and Sydney Hartzel, 6-4, 6-1.

Lewisburg (0-4) got a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles from Shannon Loftus and Hannah Gotoff.

MILTON -- Brittany Auker took a 7-5, 6-3 victory over Julia Spear at No. 3 singles as the Seals won the HAC-I matchup.

Selinsgrove (1-2) swept the singles matches behind a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 1 singles by Sara Moyer and a 6-1, 6-2 win by Liza Smith at No. 2.

Milton (1-3, 0-3 HAC-I) claimed both doubles matches: a 7-5, 6-0 win at No. 1; and a 6-1, 7-5 win at No. 2.

Shikellamy 0

MONTOURSVILLE -- The Warriors overpowered the Braves after they all but shut out the visitors in singles to cruise to the HAC-I win.

Shikellamy (0-4) won just two games in singles against Montoursville (3-1).

The Braves got a good effort from Christa Beveridge and Tori Brubaker at No. 1 doubles. They fell to Mikayla Shaffer and McKenzie Rodriguez, 7-6 (7-0), 6-3.
