Ross's two goals both came off headers as he was named the tournament MVP for Midd-West (2-0).
"He's just a dangerous forward. He works really hard (and) he's really fast," Midd-West coach Chris Sauer said. "He had the opportunities and he really cashed in."
George's goal for the Defenders (1-1) was unassisted.
"It was nice to see early in the game us experience some adversity," Sauer said. "It was a great response."
In the first game, Midd-West blanked Millville, as Arbogast scored twice while Tanner Ebright and Ross each added a goal.
Elijah Fisher and Nick Schmoyer combined on the shutout in goal.
Midd-West travels to Mifflinburg on Thursday.

BELLEFONTE -- The Seals scored all four of their goals in the championship game in the first half to win the tournament championship.
Nicole Krebs scored two goals to bookend the scoring for Selinsgrove (2-0), and Samantha Rodkey scored and assisted on Krebs' second goal.
Krebs and Rodkey provided much of the offense in the Seals' win over host Bellefonte, with each scoring twice.

CATAWISSA -- Aly Stavinski and Bailey Bzdak scored goals for Southern Columbia in a season-opening win.
Tigers goalie Jess Watkins made three saves for a shutout. Midd-West's Paige Kauffman stopped 11 shots.

HUGHESVILLE -- Mackenna Miller had a hand in each of Milton's goals in a 3-1 win over Penns Valley.
Miller broke away from the pack with a pass from Alexa Landis for her first goal and connected with Landis again to score her second.
Miller passed to Linneas Knapp in the box for the final goal.
