Selinsgrove 77.5, Williamsport 72.5
WILLIAMSPORT -- Vince Fadale won the 1,600 (4:32.9), the 3,200 (10:09.06) and he ran a leg on the victorious 3,200 relay team as the Seals took the Heartland Athletic Conference Division I victory. Selinsgrove improves to 6-0, 5-0 in the conference.
Danville 78, Jer. Shore 72
JERSEY SHORE -- Mikeal Owens-Wright won three individual events as the Ironmen held off the Bulldogs for the HAC-I win. Wright won the 100 (11.4), 200 (23.3) and the 400 (54.6) for Danville (2-2, 2-1 HAC-I).
Warrior Run 110, South Williamsport 38
TURBOTVILLE -- Chris Pfirman's wins in the triple jump (38-5) and pole vault (11-6) helped the Defenders to the HAC-III win.
Southern Columbia 119, Montgomery 31
CATAWISSA -- Tony Drain and Sam Springer won three events apiece as the Tigers took the HAC-III win.
Drain won both hurdle races and the 400 relay, while Springer won the 100 and 200-meter sprints and also the 400 relay for Southern.
Central Columbia 89, Mifflinburg 61
ALMEDIA -- Jon Himes was a three-event winner, but the Wildcats fell in the HAC-II meet. Himes took the 400 (55.03) and he ran legs on the victorious 1,600 and 3,200 relays.

Selinsgrove 123, Williamsport 27
WILLIAMSPORT -- Rebecca Laniewski broke her own record in the pole vault as the Seals took the Heartland Athletic Conference Division I victory.
