Clay Stoner rushed for 125 yards and three touchdowns while Matt Krezmer added another 166 rushing yards to lead Montoursville past Mifflinburg on Friday.
The Warriors gained 533 offensive yards, including 327 on the ground.
Mifflinburg’s offense was led by Tanner Bingaman, who ran for 86 yards on 10 carries while Devin Hendrix went 9 for 22 with 68 yards passing.
Aaron Cole picked apart Mifflinburg’s secondary, throwing 10 completions for 206 yards and three times finding a receiver for a touchdown.
Montoursville scored two touchdowns in each of the first three quarters to lead 42-21 going into the fourth. The Warriors added an insurance touchdown when Aiden Plants scored from a yard out late in the fourth quarter.
Hendrix had a 60-yard score just 42 seconds after Montoursville’s first touchdown to tie the game at 7-all. The Warriors then scored 14-unanswered points and the closest Mifflinburg made it after that was 21-14.
