Crusaders men’s soccer picked third MADISON, N.J. — Susquehanna University has been picked to finish third in the Landmark Conference preseason men’s soccer poll by the head coaches and sports information directors.
Defending Landmark Conference champion Drew has been named the favorite to earn the 2008 title. The Rangers claimed the top spot with 83 points. Merchant Marine, which finished atop the regular-season standings in 2007, finished second in the poll with 75 points. Susquehanna was third with 72 votes, with Scranton fifth with 64 points. Susquehanna finished 9-7-2 overall and 4-2-1 in the conference last year.
