— Tonight offers a wide array of musical talents of styles and grooves, especially at King Street Coffeehouse in Norry when the java spot hosts a 17th anniversary show featuring three regional acts.
Steve Quelete, Tom and Nate plus the Frank Wicher Band will brew up a mix of grooves starting at 7 p.m.
Tickets are only $7 to hear the music.
Over in Sunbury, Karen Nogle and Mark Tomeo will be at McGuigan’s with the sounds of jazz guitar, jangle pop and other musical treats performed with style and some gusto.
Music starts at 6:30 and runs until 8:30 p.m.
But wait, it’s a double shot of music when Crescendo Sounds turns up the volume with rock and some oldies from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Neither of these acts has a cover charge, so come early and stay late.
At the Route 61 Roadhouse in Sunbury, music from 2nd Tyme Around will get the crowd ready for some excellent tunes and starting the weekend off on a good note.
There’s no cover for the 9 p.m. to midnight show.
