— The annual Wine Trail is under way and several local wineries offer live music in addition to samples of wine and food. Flora Eyster will perform on flutes at Hunter’s Valley Winery near Liverpool from 2-5, Ann Kerstetter and the Cronies are at Shade Mountain Winery near Penns Creek from 1:30-4:30, the Tickle Band is at Fero Vineyards in Lewisburg from 2-5, and Nate Myers and the Aces are at Spyglass Ridge Winery near Sunbury from 2-5.
Other live music today includes Greg Burgess and Beverly Conrad at Penn’s Tavern in Fisher’s Ferry south of Sunbury on Route 147 from 6-9 p.m. The Frank Wicher Band returns to the Log Cabin Inn near Muncy from 8-11 p.m. Ted Crane will be calling the March dance of Countryside Contra Dancers of Lewisburg at the Heiter Community Center, 100 N. Fifth St., from 7:30-10:30, to the music of Total Hip Replacement.
Kimbo Reichley will be at the Jerseytown Tavern, right there in the middle of the village at the junction of Route 254 and 642, with good buddy Webb Kline on piano and dobro, from 8-10:30. Later on, Timothy’s Burden is at Daddy McFatty’s on Queen Street in Northumberland from 9:30-12:30 p.m.
