— Today’s entertainment lineup starts at 2 p.m. Woody Wolfe will be at the Susquehanna Valley Growers Market located at 106 Reitz Boulevard in Lewisburg. He is playing until 6 and the 86 Band will be on the patio at the Front Street Station, Northumberland, from 7-10. Larry Smith will be down at The Meiserville Inn, 3679 Route 104, Mount Pleasant Mills at 7.
Another festival happening this weekend is the first Jacks Mountain Blues Festival at the West End Fairgrounds, Route 235, Laurelton. It all begins today at noon. This festival schedule is jam packed with local favorites. Go to www.jacksmountainbluesfestival.com and check it out because there’s too much information for me to do it justice here.
The Frank Wicher Band will tear up the Route 61 Road House in the Sunbury Market House from 8-11. They did a fabulous job opening for .38 Special last weekend. Also in Sunbury, Ricky & Harv are at McGuigan’s from 6:30-8:30 and Nine Degrees of Syncopation with Carl Kirby, Joe DeChristopher and Bill Flack will be at Puirseils Irish Pub in Lewisburg at 7.
As they do every Friday: Alf Bayshore on dulcimer from noon to 2 p.m. at Brews N Bytes, Lower Mulberry St., Danville, and Lux Bridge is at Puirseil’s Irish Pub in Lewisburg starting at 7 p.m.
