Learn how to be a pirate -- go to school!

LEWISBURG — Aye aye matey, would you like to talk like a pirate or learn how to swab a deck? Arrrr .....

Then yo ho ho and shiver me timbers, head to school — “David Engel’s Pirate School” — on Saturday at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts, Bucknell University, Lewisburg.

You’ll learn all sorts of swashbuckling pirate lessons.

Admission is free but bring a canned food item which will be donated to Union County Children and Youth Services for distribution among local needy families.

The show starts at 1 p.m.; doors open at 12:30 p.m.

Geared toward ages 4-8, “Pirate School” is fun for the entire family — with slapstick, special effects, magic, puppetry and audience participation. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
