Penny sings Patsy


WILLIAMSPORT — Penny Eckman, one of the nation’s top Patsy Cline tribute artists, will perform her show “Penny Sings Patsy” 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Community Theatre League, 100 W. Third St., downtown Williamsport. 

Eckman has performed up and down the east coast at fairs and venues and even in Cline’s hometown of Winchester, Va.

In her show, Eckman sings more than 30 signature Patsy Cline songs with uncanny accuracy.

Eckman has extensive acting and stage musical experience, including starring roles in the Hamilton Gibson Performances of “Always, Patsy Cline” and as Mama Rose in “Gypsy.”
