— Ann Kerstetter will take part in an event called Women of the Blues held at Champion Sports Bar, 300 Second St., Harrisburg. Joining in at this event will be Miss T and The Mosquitos and the Deanna Bogart Band.  Admission is $15. For more info, call (717) 939-0488.

Closer to home, The Royal We will be at Mindy’s Tavern, Route 405 south of The Fence Drive in. Music starts at 8.  Going the other direction, Deuce will be at Ye Olde Meeting Place for the Halloween party there. The music starts at 9:30 p.m.; wear a costume.

Willie Jack and the Northern Lights at the Bullfrog Brewery, Williamsport, at 10 p.m. Hard-rocking band Aftermath is at the Angus Inn, 5253 Route 220, Hughsville, at 10 p.m. and at the same time, Chris Carithers will be at Barrel 135 in Williamsport.

Dead Flowerz will be at Trout Run Hotel at 9 p.m. Rocky Allen Band will be at Who’s Inn, 2379 Route 654, Williamsport, at 10 p.m.

In Sunbury, Jim Bell will be at McGuigan’s from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. while Jesse will be at the Hummel’s Wharf Fire Company at 10 p.m.  Ricky and Harv will be at the Meiserville Inn on Route 104, south of Mt. Pleasant Mills, at 7 p.m. 

Sterling Koch will be laying down some blues at the Pinegrove VFW at 140 S. Tulpehocken St. Greg Burgess and Bev Conrad are at Penn’s Tavern, Route 147, in Fishers Ferry — the tavern is the oldest building in Northumberland County.

Kill Scheme and Red Halo will put on a double show at the Friendship Hose Company in Sunbury beginning at 10 and at the same time The Loons will play at the Cracker Barrel, 340 Main St., Catawissa.

Tonight Daddy McFatty’s offers three bands — Gloominous Doom, Jaw Horse and Lesser of Two Evils are on the bill.  Daddy’s is located at 95 Queen St., Northumberland.  The fun starts at 10 p.m.

Make Mine Country will play at the Milton Moose on Front Street at 8 p.m. and Small Town Titans share the bill with Back In Black at the Clinton Township Fire Company in Montgomery. There is a $15 cover charge for this show.
