Four people were arrested Tuesday morning, two charged with murder, in connection to the June killing of Randy Sampsell, a 51-year-old Mifflinburg man.
Herbert Lamont Tiebout, 37, of Lewisburg, and Justin Glen Richard, 28, of Mifflinburg, were each charged with second and third-degree murder.
Two others, Amanda L Kratzer, 26, of Lewisburg, Michael Andrew Shetterly II, 24, of Mifflinburg were charged as well. Kratzer was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and Shetterly was charged with receiving stolen property.
According to autopsy reports, Sampsell died of a gunshot wound to the head. His body was found June 22. Court documents filed with the arrests on Tuesday indicate Sampsell was killed on June 12.
No gun was found in the home of Sampsell at 2093 Buffalo Creek Road.
