    BLOOMSBURG — An employee of the company operating helicopter rides at the Bloomsburg Fair was struck by a helicopter rotor Friday night and flown to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, according to a Bloomsburg University online publication.

    Route 104 is now open, according to state police at Selinsgrove. Police had closed the road earlier because of a fatal motorcycle accident.

  • Motorcycle crash causes fatality

    Details are sketchy, but state police at Selinsgrove reported that they are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash on Route 104 near Mitchell Road, Franklin Township, Snyder County. The accident happened at 6:52 p.m. today. Police have closed Route 104 until further notice.
