RIVERSIDE — Riverside’s borough council is looking for vendors and groups that want to participate in a mini-festival to be held on July 24.

The festival is being held the day WNEP 16 anchor Joe Snedeker is expected to travel through Riverside as part of his “Go Joe” bike riding fundraiser, which raises money for Scranton’s Saint Joseph’s Center. Snedekr is expected to travel through Riverside at around noon.

Scheduled to join Snedeker is fellow anchor and Riverside native Marisa Burke.

The borough is looking for food vendors and any other organizations that want to put up stands, said borough secretary Deb Bausch. Already scheduled to appear are Danville’s ZING Productions.

Any vendor interested in participating can contact the borough office at 275-1751.
