Re/Max coming to Danville

DANVILLE – A Re/Max Edge Real Estate Office is expected to open soon in downtown Danville.

Cindy Appleman and co-owner Cherry Lorson plan to open in suites on the second floor at 307 Mill St.

The office will be a branch of their Re/Max Edge office at 17 S. Main St., Muncy.

After the CMSU office moves out of the first floor of the building, which is expected to be about October, Re/Max will relocate to the first floor. CMSU is moving to another location.

Working initially on the second floor will be Appleman, two agents and a secretary.

When they relocate to the first floor, Appleman expects four or five agents to be based in Danville.

“This is a market we need to be in,” said Appleman of Danville.

She has been in the real estate business nearly 15 years.

The Muncy office opened two years ago.
