Southside Carnival starts May 20

RIVERSIDE – The annual Southside Fire Company Carnival is being held May 20 through May 24 at the carnival grounds at Avenue D and Third Street.

Covert Action plays at 6:30 p.m. May 20.

The pet and toy parade will be at 6:30 p.m. May 21. It starts at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church along Sunbury Road.

Pepper Street Band will entertain beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Top Shelf will provide music at 6:30 p.m. May 22.

Lucky Afternoon will be featured beginning at 6:30 p.m. May 23.

Barbecued chicken will be served starting at 4 p.m. May 24.

Memory Lane will play beginning at 6:30 p.m. May 24. 

Food and ice cream stands will open at 5 p.m. daily. Maurer’s of Shamokin will provide ice cream.

The midway is by Double M Amusements.
