— DANVILLE – Unida Pizza, of 605 Montour Boulevard, has been cited by the Milton barracks of the state police for a liquor law violation. According to state police reports, the citation was issued on July 3 for failure “to maintain complete and truthful records” for a period of two years, from June 2, 2012, to June 2, 2014. The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who can impose a fine ranging from $50 to $5,000 depending on the severity of the offense. A license suspension or revocation can also be imposed.
