Marshal: Cause of fatal fire in Rush Township undetermined

DANVILLE — RUSH TWP. — A fire that killed three young brothers has been listed as undetermined.

State Police Fire Marshal Kirk Renn said Monday he was listing the cause as undetermined.

The blaze April 4 killed Arthur Dissinger, 2; Gavin Dissinger, 7; and Daniel Dissinger, 13, all of Smith Road.

Two siblings — a daughter and a son — were able to escape and go for help.  Another daughter was staying with friends that night.

Their mother, Christine Dissinger, was working when the blaze broke out early in the morning.
