Workers from Fairchild Brothers Inc. lower a water valve into place at Main and Church streets in Turbotville Thursday afternoon. The valve was one of three workers replaced after one valve was broken Wednesday afternoon. For most of Thursday, water was turned off in the entire town while the work was underway. No classes were held at Turbotville Elementary School Thursday.
