The Daily Item
LEWISBURG — As part of Lewisburg’s Christmas festivities on Saturday, Dec. 8, the day of the Victorian Christmas Parade, Packwood House Museum will feature a tag sale of Christmas merchandise from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the museum’s Tour Center at 15 N. Water St.
Included is a wide array of seasonal decorations, tree ornaments, dishware, fabrics, knick-knacks, lights, wreaths, and almost anything you need to decorate your home for the holidays. The museum is also having a used book sale and a bake sale that includes a smorgasbord of scrumptious goodies such as brownies, cookies, and more. The museum shop will have seasonal items available as well, including a large selection of hats from Woolrich, special hand-tatted ornaments, jewelry, and quilt-themed tree ornaments available only at the museum. Gift memberships are also available for purchase. This is a great way to stock up on seasonal merchandise and support the museum at the same time.
