LEWISBURG — Lewisburg High School students participated in the high school division of EconomicsPennsylvania’s Stock Market Game. Teams worked under the guidance of high school economics teacher, Michael Creeger. In first place at the Lewisburg High School, second place in the region and ninth in the state were Quinn Cummings and Mary Thompson with $122,671.25. In second place at the high school, third place in the region and 12th place in the state were Lizzie Leister and Grace Hussar with $117,431.45. In third place in the high school, fourth place in the region and 14th place in the state was Alex Liscum with $116,242.35. This program was fully sponsored by Mifflinburg Bank & Trust Company. Jeffrey Kapsar, president & CEO of the bank and Rep. Fred Keller, participated in an assembly to recognize the students’ achievements.
