Lower Penns Creek Watershed Association will be offering two of its popular rain barrel workshops in March. Rain barrels are useful in slowing down the flow of runoff during storm events which reduces pollution carried into our streams. They provide a free source of water for gardens, lawns and outdoor water uses. The workshops are free but there is a $10 charge for each rain barrel participants receive at the end of the session.
