— There will be a strength program at Midd-West High School this summer. The program will start on Monday, June 17 and run for 8 weeks. This is a 2-day a week program Mondays and Wednesdays.
On Mondays, sessions will be from 4-6 p.m. and on Wednesdays it will be from 9-11 a.m. We ask that you be there on time so we can get started!
This program is being run by athletic trainer Tami Eiswerth, Brooke Keister(former MWHS athlete) and a host of MWHS coaches. The goal of the program is to improve core strength and stabilization in an effort to help make all of those participating better overall athletes.
Cardiovascular workouts will be offered to prepare you for the running part of various sports seasons, but these workouts will need to be done on your own time.
