— NEW BERLIN -- Albright College joins in Union County's bicentennial celebration Sunday, April 14, with Albright Angels & Mane Men, the school's women's and men's a capella choirs.

Their "Return Engagement" concert begins 3 p.m. at the Emmanuel United Church of Christ at 326 Market St. in New Berlin.

The choirs' appearance is a nod to Union Seminary and Central Pennsylvania College, forerunners of Albright that were located in New Berlin. Albright now is in Reading.

An hour before and after the concert, the "New Berlin College Days" exhibit will debut at the Heritage Museum at the corner of Market and Vine streets. This free exhibit features historical photos and artifacts from the days New Berlin was a college town.

The concert and exhibit are sponsored by the New Berlin Heritage Association. Information on Union County bicentennial events can be found at www.unioncounty200.com
