YARDLEY — Donna L. Gaugler, 79, of Yardley passed away on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, after a courageous battle with multiple myeloma. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She lived in the Levittown-Yardley area for 53 years.
She was born in Sunbury, a daughter of the late Myrtle and Isaac Inkrote. She was married for 57 years to Robert H. Gaugler who preceded her in death.
Donna was a graduate of Sunbury High School.
She was employed as a telephone operator and school teacher.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Avon President’s Club.
Donna was an artist who illustrated books and designed costumes and gowns. Her family, whom she loved very much, was most important to her.
Donna is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Samuel Hunt, Dr. Rhonda and William Cronin, Randy and Nicholas Croce, Jr.; four grandchildren, William and wife, Heather, Ryan and Bradford Cronin and Isabella Rose Croce; and one sister, Shirley Alexander.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the Beck-Givnish Funeral Home, Inc., 7400 New Falls Road, Levittown.
Interment will be held privately in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
