MANASSAS, Va. — Our precious mother, Mary Elizabeth Shoeman, 83, of Manassas, went to be with our Lord on March, 22, 2013.
A 50-year resident of Manassas, she was born Aug. 27, 1929, in Sunbury, Pa.
She was an active member of Loch Lomond Baptist Church in Manassas, for 50 years.
Mary retired from Kmart Corp. after 20 years.
She was a wonderful Christian role model for all who had the pleasure of meeting her and will be greatly missed. With all of our love and gratitude.
She leaves behind her children, Mike, Gary, Anita and Bruce Shoeman; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Peg Bilger and Jean Haines, both of Sunbury, and Nancy Eilutarus, of Biloxi, Miss.; one brother, Bill Reichley, of Orlando, Fla.; and many wonderful nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Hiram Leonard Shoeman; an infant son, H. Lenny Shoeman Jr.; mother, Mary Oswald Brecker; father, John Lloyd Seiler; and four brothers Jack Seiler, Jim Seiler, Tom Reichley and G. Mike Reichley.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to Loch Lomond Baptist Church in loving memory of Mary E. Shoeman. Please sign the guestbook at www.bakerpostfh.com.
