DANVILLE — Pattie Lou Bunch, 76, of Steffen Road, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born March 8, 1937, in Williamsport, a daughter of the late Ardell G. and Ruth Ann (McQuay) Bartlett. She married Lloyd L. Bunch on May 8, 1960 and they have celebrated 53 years of marriage.
Pattie was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Strawberry Ridge. She was a former den mother with the Scouts and was an assistant baseball coach for her husband in the Twin County League. She assisted at the former Washingtonville Senior Center and provided day care for hundreds of children in the area.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Lloyd L. Jr. and Cindy Bunch, of Mitchell, S.D., and Gary L. and Kathy Bunch, of Selinsgrove; two brothers, George L. Bartlett, of Millmont, and Richard W. Bartlett, of Anthony Township; three sisters, Beulah M. Yoder, of Muncy, Emeline I. Vannata, of Forest Hill, and Carolyn K. Reich, of Beaver Springs; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a guardian son for 17 years, Joe Notargiacomo.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Earl, Henry, Frank, William and Foster Bartlett; and one sister, Emily Bartlett.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services.
