Mildred A. Plymette, 87, Watsontown

— WATSONTOWN — Mildred A. (Robenolt) Plymette, 87, of Watsontown, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Riverwoods, Lewisburg.

She was born on Nov. 6, 1926, in Potts Grove, a daughter of the late Martin L. and Nellie M. (Reed) Robenolt. Mildred married the late Merle L. Plymette on Nov. 10, 1951, and they celebrated 59 years of marriage until his death on Nov. 6, 2011.

She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Watsontown and she enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Mildred is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary L. and Valerie Plymette, of San Jose, Calif.; one daughter, Gayle P. Hagerman, of Watsontown; four grandchildren, Adam Hagerman and his wife Amanda, of Crofton, Md., Kyle Ansberry, of San Jose, Amanda Hoff and her husband Kyle, of Fresno, Calif., and Alexander Plymette, of San Jose; one brother, Clinton Robenolt and wife Seleca, of Milton, Pa.; two brothers-in-law, Marlin Plymette, of Watsontown, and Max Plymette and wife Kathleen, of Watsontown ,and two sisters-in-law, Mary Louise Malcolm, of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lavona Robenolt, of Danville, Pa.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mildred was preceded in death by one infant son, David Plymette; two brothers, Glenn and Melvin Robenolt, and three sisters, Lola Beiber, Gladys Ditzler and Edith Robenolt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 Main St., Watsontown, PA 17777 or to a charity of one’s choice.  

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy, with Pastor James Flaydland officiating.  

Arrangements are being handled by The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
