Scott Ray Winder, 52, Milton

— MILTON — Scott Ray Winder, 52, of Muddy Run Road, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born Feb. 9, 1961, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Lenwood and Leona (Auten) Winder.

Scott had worked for Zartman Construction and Pennsylvania House.

He was member of the American Legion in Watsontown.

Scott enjoyed hunting and woodworking.

He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Missy and Paul Shipton, of Lewisburg, and Heather Winder, of Watsontown; his wife, Deborah (Rider) Winder, of Watsontown; one great-grandson, Blake Shipton; one brother, Ron Winder, of Milton; and three sisters, Cathy Cupp and Donna Winder, both of Milton, and Tammy Speece, of Lewisburg.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Fisher and Nancy Marshall.

Friends and relatives will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton.

Private burial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
