LEWISBURG — Michael D. Harold, 67, of 141 Willowbrook Blvd., passed away at his home Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, 2012.
A native of LaPorte, Ind., he was born March 14, 1945, the son of the late Norman and Frances Amanda (Beggs) Harold. He was married to the former Diana L. Hagerty, and his death breaks a marital union of 43 years.
Michael was a graduate of LaPorte High School and attended Purdue University. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving two tours with the Army as a mess sergeant.
He was vice president and plant manager of ConAgra, American Home Foods, of Milton, retiring after 33 years of service.
Michael was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Lewisburg.
In addition to his wife, Diana, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia L. and Jason Ottmann; one son, Michael D. Harold Jr. and his fiancee, Leticia; and four grandsons, Victor, Julian, Isaiah and Darin.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
