NORTHUMBERLAND — Stella M. Clark, 98, of Northumberland, passed away on Sunday,May 12, 2013, in Nottingham Village, Northumberland.
She was born July 13, 1914, in Trevorton, a daughter of the late William and Ida (Rebuck) Reitz. She was married to Henry F. Clark who preceded her in death on July 27, 1994.
Stella attended Zerbe Township schools.
She was formerly employed as a seamstress at the H.D. Bobb Company, Nite Kraft Company and Spruce Manufacturing, all of Sunbury.
She was a 70-year member of Zion Lutheran Church, Sunbury.
Stella enjoyed cooking and sewing.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Fred Scheller and Sandra and Ronald Holub, all of Northumberland; six grandchildren, James Scheller, Timothy Scheller, Robbin Stepanick, Bryan Scheller, Jeffrey Holub, and Scott Holub; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of 13 brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday in the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury, followed by the funeral at 2.
Interment will be in the Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
