MILLMONT — Anna M. (Hook) Royer, 88, of Rolling Hills Manor, formerly of Mountain View Road, Winfield, passed away at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born Dec. 14, 1924, in Beavertown, a daughter of the late Charles and Fannie (Musser) Wagner. On March 17, 1941, she married Boyd Hook, who preceded her in death on March 13, 1998. She later married Bobby Royer, who preceded her in death on Jan. 3.
Anna attended Beavertown area schools.
She previously was employed at the Middleburg Silk Mill, Groce’s Silk Mill, Selinsgrove, and Blough Wagner, Middleburg.
Anna was a member of Wayside Bible Church, Middleburg.
In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, crocheting and doing crafts.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Catherine Hook, of Florida, and Gary and Jan Hook, of Virginia; two daughters and one son-in-law, Sharon Vonblohn, of Milton, and Patricia and Bob Richard, of Beavertown; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one brother, Marlin Wagner, of Colorado; and one sister, Faye Moyer, of Beavertown.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Leroy Wagner, and two sisters in infancy.
Friends and family will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Wayside Bible Church, Middleburg, followed by the funeral at 11 with Pastor Timothy A. Reich officiating.
Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery, Middleburg.
Arrangements are by the Pheasant Funeral Home, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown.
