— RIVERSIDE — Michael J. “Mike” Wydra, 58, of Riverside, passed away on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, in Millville.

He was born Sept. 11, 1955, in Bloomsburg, a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Fox) Wydra.

Mike was an Army veteran and was employed in the maintenance department at Geisinger Medical Center for more than 30 years.

He was a member of Pine Street Lutheran Church, Danville, the Southside Fire Company, Riverside, the Ed J. Roth Hunting Club, Mile Run, and Camp Kripple Hunting Club, Millville.

Mike is survived by his wife of 11 years, the former Terri Nedrow; one daughter, Cora, at home; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Sandy Wydra and Debra and Robert Smith, and one brother and sister-in-law, John “Whitey” Jr. and Sue Wydra, all of Danville; two nieces, Sharon and Kayla Spiker; and four nephews, Michael Smith, John Wydera III, Courtney Wydra and Joe Mutchler.

Friends may visit with the family from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Pine Street Lutheran Church, 407 Pine St., Danville, followed by the funeral at 1 with Pastor L. Keith Pittsnogle officiating.

Military rites by the Montour County Veterans Association will follow in Riverside Park.
