Police in Harrisburg pull over 9-year-old driver

HARRISBURG (AP) _ Capitol police in Harrisburg thought they had a drunk driver on their hands. But they didn't find an intoxicated person behind the wheel.

Instead, they found that a 9-year-old boy had been driving. Police say it was his adult passenger who was intoxicated.

Investigators say the man and boy are related.

The man has been taken into custody and police say charges are pending. The child has been returned to the custody of relatives.
