Naked man targets women in suburban Philadelphia BUCKINGHAM (AP) _ Police in suburban Philadelphia are looking for a man who has been taking off his clothes and approaching women. Police in Buckingham Township in Bucks County say the man grabbed a woman who was out jogging on Monday afternoon and held her in a bear hug. He then fled in a small silver sport utility vehicle. Earlier in the day, police say, a woman walking along a trail in Nockamixon State Park was approached twice by a naked man fitting the description of the man in the Buckingham incident. He fled without assaulting the woman. The same man is also believed to be responsible for a similar incident reported by a woman in Middletown Township on Nov. 11. Police describe the man as a balding white male in his mid-30s.
