SELINSGROVE — WQSU is looking for volunteer summer DJs to fill its summer schedule. Seeking enthusiastic individuals who are mature, responsible, professional, but know how to have fun. No experience necessary — just responsibility and a desire to learn — training will be provided.
This year, the summer radio schedule will run from May 5 until Aug. 31, while Susquehanna University is on summer break. DJ shifts are available from noon to 2 a.m. weekdays. DJ’s who choose a shift should expect it to be a weekly commitment throughout the duration of the summer schedule. Radio shifts are first come, first serve and must be in two-hour increments (but may be more). For example, you may choose Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. — your radio shift would then be every Tuesday at that time throughout the summer. You will be given a list of other DJ’s and sub DJ’s who you can call to fill in for you if you are unable to make your shift at any time.
Contact Brady Gallese by email at email@example.com. E-mail is the preferred method of contact. You will be sent additional details and a DJ application.
