— MILTON — Little ones from Robinwood Day Care, in Milton, had their eyes wide recently as they accepted a donated computer.

The kids and staff picked up the computer at the Central PA Chamber of Commerce, which has been housing refurbished computers to benefit area organizations. The computers come courtesy of MeGive, headed by Conor Quinlan and Michael Levan, also of MePush, in Lewisburg and Bloomsburg.

“This will enhance their abilities to provide quality early learning experiences for their students,” said Maria Culp, president and CEO of the Chamber. “It’s important to me as one of the state’s 70 Early Learning Investment Commissioners and our objective to increase capabilities for both the children and the staff.

“Research shows that children in quality early care settings are more ready to go to kindergarten, and do better overall through their K-12 years.”
