MIFFLINBURG — Penn State Extension is sponsoring an all day crops conference on Jan. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren, two miles west of Mifflinburg on Route 45.
Topics will include: world agriculture issues, forage variety testing, weed control, pesticide hazards, herbicide resistant weeds, manure management, seed treatments, alternative forages, plant diseases, and an industry update from ag business sponsors. Several pesticide credits will be available.
