Plant Exchange/Yard Sale to be held May 18 in Paxinos

— PAXINOS — The Northumberland County Master Gardeners will host its annual plant exchange/yard sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 18 at the Masser’s Flea Market in Paxinos. The plant exchange is open to the public.

This year the lilies of Eleanor Charles will be a special feature. Her reputation for superior plants has garnered high praise and Master Gardeners of Northumberland County are fortunate to be able to bring these beautiful specimens to you.

Plants are perennial plants, shrubs or indoor plants. All proceeds from the yard sale will help fund Master Gardener workshops offered in the coming year. Some of their free workshops are available to the public include: rain barrel, composting, pruning, container gardening, landscape design, veggie gardening, weed identification, worm composting, edible landscaping and perennials.
