WATSONTOWN — On Sept. 24, Nutritionist Christina Major presented Eating Healthy for Disease Prevention to the Watsontown Lions Club.
The members listened to tips and tricks on eating healthy, exercise and avoiding harmful products in the informative speech. One of the tips includes eating more vegetables because they are low-calorie, low-fat and low-carb.
Questions followed afterwards. These questions usually range from asking about specific foods, to why mainstream medicine does not talk about how helpful nutrition can be.
