On Sept. 24 the students brought their pumpkin to the high school agriculture department and weighed in to see who grew the biggest pumpkin. The placings of the pumpkin contest were first place, Ryan Straub, 90 pounds; second place, Derek Kline, 85 pounds; third place, Zach Stark, 75 pounds; fourth place, Asia Obryant, 74 pounds, and tied for fifth place was Lydia Geipel and Blaise Bell, 55 pounds.
