MIDDLEBURG — Mystery, mayhem and murder abound during “Murder at the Grand Reunion” presented by Generoo, the Middlecreek Council on the Arts. The original play will be presented at 6 p.m. at the Middleburg Moose on Saturday, Aug. 17.
Audience members will have a chance to participate in the fun at the Shutterdown High School Reunion. Cast members will be mingling with the audience. The drama of jealousy and hidden secrets set the stage for…mystery and murder. So in addition to visiting with former “classmates,” audience members must watch and listen closely for clues from the minute they enter the door.
At the end of the evening, as with all good mysteries, a killer will be revealed. But just who will be implicated and why? The audience will help to decide.
The play is co-written by Michelle Bixler, Ian Felker, Ricky Kline, Bev Kline-Lash and Jo Landis and directed by Ricky Kline.
The event will be catered by the Middleburg Moose. Price includes a full meal including turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, filling, gravy, corn, dessert, beverage…and murder. Tickets are $20. Deadline for reservations is Aug. 11. Make your ticket purchase early at the Middleburg Moose or by calling (570) 837-0525.
