— KREAMER – With the legislature closing in on deadline for a final state budget, state Rep. Fred Keller, R-85 Kreamer, will host two open-topic town hall meetings tomorrow night and next week to address all questions from constituents about any topics they have, his Mifflinburg office announced.

This week’s meeting is Thursday, June 6, 7 p.m. at the Kreamer Fire Hall, 37 Manor Drive. Next week’s meeting is Thursday, June 13, 7 p.m. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 2115 Strickler Road in Mifflinburg.

There is no agenda for the meeting and all topics are welcome.

It’s been a busy spring in Keller’s district with several high-profile issues, namely pension reform for state employees, particularly teachers, and air quality issues surrounding the pending White Deer Energy Project in Union County. Keller said, however, he wants to hear any issue of concern to his constituents.
