HALLOWEEN PARADE/Danville

The annual Danville Area Halloween Parade will be held at 7 p.m. The route will be East Market, Mill and Lower Mulberry streets.

3D PRINTED PUMPKIN/Lewisburg

Digitally carve a pumpkin or write your name on it using the Tinkercad website, 4-7 p.m. at The Public Library for Union County, 255 Reitz Blvd. Jeff Seebold, technology training services coordinator, will be on hand to help. Printing of pumpkins occurs after the program. Participants will be called to pick up their pumpkin once printed. For adults and teens. HALLOWEEN PARADE/Millerstown

The Millerstown Lions Club annual Halloween Parade will form behind Greenwood High School at 6:30 p.m. and moves out at 7 p.m., led by the Greenwood High School Wildcat Marching Band. Cash prizes awarded to individuals dressed for the holiday season in these categories: funniest, prettiest, scariest and most original. Cash prizes also awarded for floats and marching groups. Parade leaves Greenwood High School and move down Sunbury Street to the Square, proceed up Market Street to Millerstown Motors, turn right up Greenwood Street to the Millerstown United Methodist Church, turn right onto High Street, and turn back on to Sunbury Street and return to the high school where it will disband. Parade will be canceled if there is rain.

SPOOKY STORIES/Selinsgrove

Snyder County Libraries will host Spooky Stories Night for children at 6:30 p.m. at the Selinsgrove Commons. Appropriate for ages 12 and younger. More information, 570-374-7163.

FRIDAY, OCT. 26

BOO!BURG/Bloomsburg

For the fifth year, a collaborative group of local non-profit organizations invite families to Seventh Street in Bloomsburg for Halloween-themed festivities. Sponsored by AGAPE, the Bloomsburg Public Library, Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, the Bloomsburg YMCA, the Children’s Museum, and the Exchange, the event held 6-8 p.m. The YMCA will host its annual “Trunk or Treat” in the parking lot between the Y and the Museum. Adjacent to this fun, The Exchange, the Library, and the Children’s Museum will offer family-friendly crafts and activities, and The Exchange will oversee a costume contest for kids up to 12 years old, with prizes (for the costume contest, sign-ups start at 6, with the judging for kids up to 4 years old at 7 p.m.; 5-to-8-year-olds at 7:20; and 9-to-12-year-olds at 7:40.) Ramona Schaffer will do face-painting for kids next to the costume contest. On the other side of the street, AGAPE will host marshmallow and hot dog roasting as well as pumpkin painting. At 7 p.m., help count down to the smashingly fun pumpkin drop. The organizers do not expect attendees to line up: Simply start anywhere among all of the activities and make your way around. ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW/Lewisburg

Campus Theatre will present the annual screening of “Rocky Horror Picture Show” complete with pre-show costume contest. Doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets: $10 and include a prop bag. Film starts at 9 p.m. and will be shown with call-outs. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

TRICK OR TROT/Elizabethville

The Upper Dauphin Area Trojan Educational Foundation will host the sixth annual Trick or Trot, a 5K run/walk, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Upper Dauphin Area High School. All trot speeds (run, jog, walk, hop, crawl, or stroll) welcome. Prizes awarded. Cost: A donation of $25 is required. Registration fees increase to $30 the weekend of the event and do not include a shirt.

TRUNK OR TREAT/Herndon

St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 1473 Urban Road, will host Trunk or Treat, 4-6 p.m. Participants begin at one end of the parking lot and visit vehicles whose trunks have been decorated for the event. Children in costume will receive a treat from each of the vehicles. All participants will receive a free hot dog and beverage while supplies last. Hayrides also offered. FAMILY FALL FESTIVAL/Middleburg

The Port Ann Wesleyan Church is hosting its annual fall festival, with a trunk or treat event, games, horseback rides, hayrides, food and much more. Saint Paul’s UCC, 433 High St., will host its Third Annual Pumpkin Patch, 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the second floor auditorium. The Pumpkin Patch will again include free pumpkins for children 13 and younger, pumpkin painting, food, games, candy, prizes and new this year, a costume contest at 6:45 for the children and live music. Open to the community and led by Saint Paul’s youth group.

Munchkins and Pumpkins presented noon-3 p.m. at the Lewisburg Children’s Museum, 815 Market St., Suite 14. BRASS SPOOKTACULAR/Williamsport

The Williamsport Symphony Orchestra’s Billtown Brass Band will present a “Halloween Brass Spooktacular” at 4 p.m. in the Community Arts Center. Event starts at 3 p.m. with Friends of the Symphony hosting pre-concert activities with giveaways, a costume parade, and an instrument petting zoo provided by Robert M. Sides Family Music Center. Attendees encouraged to wear their holiday best and most frightening costumes as the band performs pop, movie and classical favorites. Admission is $10 for adults; free for students 16 and under.
