SELINSGROVE — The Selinsgrove Borough Council is expected to vote in March on the hiring of a new borough manager.

The council met in executive session Tuesday and interviewed two candidates for the position. Afterward, the council voted unanimously to extend an offer to one candidate, council member Sara Lauver said.

More than a dozen people applied for the job held for the past seven years by Paul Williams who is retiring this month.
