MIDDLEBURG — Snyder County landowners may be eligible for one, non-emergency septic pump-out through a cost-share program from the county conservation district.
In order to be eligible, landowners must attend one of the Aug. 25 meetings about on-lot systems and protecting water quality at the district office. Meetings start at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Landowners also must apply for the cost-share program after the meeting or at the district office by Aug. 27.
