DANVILLE — Jared Marshman tossed a complete-game and K.C. Tanribilir doubled home the winning run in the top of the sixth to lift Berwick to a 3-2 victory in Susquehanna Valley American Legion League action on Wednesday night.
The victory left Danville coach Harold Albertson at 699 wins for his career.
Berwick (4-1) touched Danville starter Alex Robenolt for two runs in the top of the first on Marshman’s RBI double and a bases-loaded walk.
Danville would get a run a back in the second on Patrick Yost’s RBI double. Ronnie Zsido plated the tying run with a groundout in the fifth inning.
Marshman struck out 11 in the victory.

LEWISBURG — Josh Heath and Nick Shedleski limited Williamsport to just one earned run, while each knocking in a run as Lewisburg won its first game of the legion season.
Heath allowed one hit over four innings to pick up the victory, striking out three and walking one. Shedleski worked three innings for the saves, striking out five, allowing a run in the top of the seventh.
Lewisburg (1-1) broke the game open with four runs in the bottom of the sixth. Aaron Strosser, Shedleski and Jacob Brooks each had bases-loaded walks in the inning. Jack Landis added a sacrifice fly for Lewisburg.
