DANVILLE — Fresh off clocking the 13th fastest time in the country Saturday at Lehigh University, Rory Leiberman beat teammate Dane Spahr by 45 seconds to lead Danville to a boys cross-country sweep of a quad-meet in driving rain Tuesday.
BLOOMSBURG — Danville's boys and girls cross country teams swept the NEPA Invitational at Bloomsburg University with Dane Spahr leading three Ironmen boys to finish in the top 10.
TURBOTVILLE — Thomas Hess, Kiernan Murray and Jonathan Hess were the only runners to break 17 minutes as Lewisburg swept the top three spots at Tuesday's quad-meet to help the Green Dragons stay undefeated with victories over Shikellamy, Warrior Run and Hughesville.

HERSHEY — Danville senior Rory Lieberman ran away with the 2A boys race at the PIAA Foundation Invitational on Saturday on the same course that will host the state championship meet in November.
MIFFLINBURG — Shikellamy's Bri Hennett beat defending the District 4 Class A champion by 25 seconds in the girls race, while Tim Gale won the boys race as the Braves swept a quad meet from Mifflinburg, Bloomsburg and Loyalsock on Wednesday at Mifflinburg High School.
MILL HALL — The Lewisburg boys won both contested meets — beating Central Mountain and Mount Carmel — while the Green Dragons' girls won the only contested meet beating Central Mountain.
SUNBURY — Ryan Bickhart led a group of three Milton runners that finished in the top five as the Black Panthers beat Shikellamy, 27-28, on Tuesday at Shikellamy High School.
