MANDATA -- Robert Kerstetter pitched a complete-game victory and he also drove in four runs as Milton captured the championship of the Kip Snyder Memorial Tournament with a 10-3, 5-inning win over Line Mountain on Saturday at Line Mountain High School. Two-run singles by Kerstetter and Tony Fannick in the first inning gave Milton (9-3) a 4-0 lead, then Kerstetter drove in two more runs in the fourth as Milton took a 9-2 advantage.
Kerstetter, Fannick, Trevor Danowsky and Gerry Runyan all finished with two hits apiece for Milton.
Wade Michael went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs in the final for Line Mountain (2-5).

MANDATA -- Lewisburg scored all six of its runs through the first three innings to take the tournament's consolation win over Shamokin/Mount Carmel, which was shortened due to time constraints.
Keith Needham, Kyle Ranck and Nate Wagner all went 2-for-3 to lead Lewisburg (5-4).
Tom Gallagher went 2-for-3 and doubled twice to lead Shamokin/MC (3-6, 2-4 SVL) in the consolation game.
In the first-round game for Shamokin/MC, Milton scored four runs in the top of the eighth to take the win.
Robert Kerstetter went 3-for-5 and hit a three-run home run in the eighth plus a two-run shot in the third for Milton (7-4), while Gerry Runyan added a 3-for-3 day with a double and two RBIs. Jeremy Yacobbaci hit a solo homer in the second for Shamokin/MC.
In the tournament's other first-round game, Barry Roach's RBI single in the seventh gave Line Mountain the win over Lewisburg.
Adam Menko added an RBI groundout and Wade Michael had an RBI single in the seventh for Line Mountain, which trailed 4-2 entering the final inning.

NORTHUMBERLAND -- Ben Shoch's fifth-inning solo home run helped Sunbury/Northumberland complete the day's sweep with the interdivisional win over Hughesville.
Erik Tuomisto went 3-for-3 and doubled, while pitcher J.A. Brosious got the win after he worked the first five innings and had seven strikeouts for Sunbury/Norry (9-3).
In the game against Watsontown (0-9), Sunbury/Norry scored three runs in the seventh to pull out the win.
After Scott Deibler and Brosious both walked to start the inning, Derek Alex hit a sacrifice bunt to move them up a base before Bronze Luden hit a two-run single to tie the game.
Following Luden's single, an error put Tuomisto on base, and with runners on first and second a wild pitch moved the runners up a base before a balk brought in the winning run.

Jersey Shore 10, Danville 6
DANVILLE -- Getting out-hit 31-17 and outscored 25-13, Danville fell in both of its interdivisional games on the day.
In the morning game for Montoursville, Aaron Russell went 4-for-5, doubled and scored two runs, while Ryan Hocker also went 4-for-5, scored twice and drove in three runs.
For Danville in the morning game, Michael Smith went 3-for-4 and hit a solo home run in the first inning.
In the afternoon game, Jersey Shore scored four runs in the first inning and three more in the fourth to take an 8-3 lead before taking the win.
Dan Winnie and Brett Reichard each had two hits to lead Danville (8-3, 6-1 SVL).
